Firstly we would like to say welcome to Football Icon Academy and thank you for taking time to visit our website. We have a huge passion to developing the next footballing generation and look forward to working with you along our continued journey.
Owner, Adam Cash has several years of experience playing the game and is taking huge action in developing boys and girls of all ages and abilities. Our programmes and coaching methods are designed to build players confidence and to improve individuals ball control.
We work with children aged 4-18 years old and have a number of different programmes to help develop boys and girls of all abilities. We currently have a number of development centres in the South East of the UK and work in schools day to day. Our coaching team are all DBS checked and are Level 2 or above FA Qualified.
Adam Cash Founder
Adam Cash is the visionary and founder of the Football Icon Academy. Having played academy football in his younger years, Adam played semi-professionally in the conference leagues. After 3 ACL injuries he set up Football Icon Academy in 2018 which has become one of the UK's leading training programmes.
Reece Fosh Head of Operations
Reece has been with Football Icon since the very beginning operating as Head Coach at the Uxbridge centre. He is now involved with every centre working with the parents to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Jack McKnight Head Coach
As an ex professional footballer with Eastleigh we are proud to have Jack on board full time. Jack has run the Oxford centre since 2020 and is the 1 to 1 specialist within our organisation.
Joanne Williams Girls Head Coach
Joanne Williams head our girls programme leading centres in Chorleywood and St Albans. She has vast experience working for the FA and at Watford Women where she is currently head coach for the U18's.
Dean Parrett
Elite Coach
Dean is a former England youth international who played in the UEFA Cup for Tottenham. Having made hundreds of appearances in League One and League Two Dean brings professional experience from his playing career.
Nicola Waxler
Head Coach
Nicola played for the youth team for a successful Arsenal Women side and is currently a scout at Arsenal. Nicola leads the Chigwell girls sessions on a Friday night and a huge part of our team
Jake Millman
Head Coach
Jake leads the Hertfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire venues. He joined the team in 2019 and has developed from college into one our head coaches.
Rob Huff
Head of Schools
Rob leads our schools department with Football Icon Academy and currently is the head of our schools programme. As well as this he organises all of our fixtures for our Elite Programme.
