Firstly we would like to say welcome to Football Icon Academy and thank you for taking time to visit our website. We have a huge passion to developing the next footballing generation and look forward to working with you along our continued journey.
Owner, Adam Cash has several years of experience playing the game and is taking huge action in developing boys and girls of all ages and abilities. Our programmes and coaching methods are designed to build players confidence and to improve individuals ball control.

We work with children aged 4-18 years old and have a number of different programmes to help develop boys and girls of all abilities. We currently have a number of development centres in the South East of the UK and work in schools day to day. Our coaching team are all DBS checked and are Level 2 or above FA Qualified.

Adam Cash
Founder & Director
Adam Cash is the visionary and founder of the Football Icon Academy. Having played academy football in his younger years, Adam played semi-professionally in the conference leagues. After 3 ACL injuries he set up Football Icon Academy in 2018 which has become one of the UK's leading training programmes.
Billy Baker
Head of Operations
Billy Baker is the full-time Head of Operations at Football Icon Academy. Highly organised and experienced, he oversees the day-to-day running of the academy, ensuring everything operates smoothly and to the highest standard.
Jack McKnight Head Coach
As an ex professional footballer with Eastleigh we are proud to have Jack on board full time. Jack has run the Oxford centre since 2020 and is the 1 to 1 specialist within our organisation.
John Fletcher
Head of Football
John Fletcher is the Head of Football at Football Icon Academy. He started his journey as a youngster at QPR before moving into coaching, spending most of his career with LA Galaxy. With years of experience both playing and coaching, John brings knowledge and passion to developing young players.
Rob Huff
Business Development Schools Programme Co-Ordinator
Rob joined us in 2022 and has been crucial in the growth of the business. He oversees the schools programme, liaeses with sponsors and assists with the day to day running of the business. Rob also heads up our foundation. Which plays a crucial part in ensuring all members of the community have access to Football.
